I'm Joe. I work on complex, consultative business development and strategic partnerships initiatives. I get most excited about approaches and products that are working to make our cities more equitable, sustainable, and efficient.

I’ve built early-stage growth strategies for real estate and transportation firms, focused on B2B and B2G business development and public/private partnerships. Most recently, at Ride Report, I focused our sales and product planning process on discovery and learning from our government partners in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Those insights helped us raise a $10M Series A round led by Unusual Ventures, closed in early 2020.

Right now, I’m doing strategy consulting work for companies addressing the most pressing challenges at the intersection of public policy, data, and the built environment.

In my spare time, I tweet about mobility and politics, and I work on side projects, mostly lobbying (as a private citizen) for safe streets, reliable public transit, and fair housing policy.
